I have the 3-part "Atlas Shrugged" movie set ripped from my DVDs into mp4 files using Handbrake, with H.264 video and AAC audio. The files are located on the media server in /home/media/VIDEO/Movies/Drama/Atlas Shrugged and are simply named "Atlas Shrugged - Part 1.mp4" etc. However for some reason only the videos for Parts 1 and 3 show up in Emby, both via web browser or the Emby Roku app. (Emby did automatically pick the correct movie posters for both of those.) Part 2 comes up missing in the default Movies listing as well as in the directory listing and search. File and directory permissions are world read/write, so it should not be a permissions issue. The content type for the library is set to "Movies". The file plays fine locally on the Debian server using VLC.
Canine Brain TransectionsA web site presenting neuroanatomy of the canine brain as seen in 20 transverse sections labeled to identify what veterinary students are expected to know in a Veterinary Neurobiology course. The web site has two divisions: 1] Brain Transection Levels, which correlates brain levels with brain regions, and 2] Brain Transection Atlas, which identifies anatomical components within brain transections. The atlas features two modes of identification: select a name & see the corresponding structure identified and described, or select a structure & see its name high-lighted. Users can toggle between the two divisions and navigate via an index screen showing small images of all sections. Pop-up glossary statements have been added. When a term is clicked in an Atlas plate, a dot label shows its location and a glossary statement describes it.
Embryology Highlights: Nervous System Development This web site presents links to narrated synopses (screencasts) of nervous system embryonic development. Topics include: Early neural development, CNS development, and PNS & Meninges development. The screencasts were produced with Camtasia software; they are presented as streaming video clips (800 x 600px .mp4).
Video-clips of Clinical Neurology CasesIntended to enhance neurology instruction, this web site delivers video-clips (640 x 480 .mp4) of selected patients of the University of Minnesota Veterinary Medical Center. The patients exhibited either neurology disorders or normal responses during a clinical neurology exam. The video-clips are organized chronologically, by species, and by syndrome.
Sometimes the video you want to speed up is a downloaded movie, such as a .avi, .wmv, or .mp4 video. In this case, I would use Windows Media Player enhancements. The free program is included with most versions of Microsoft Windows.
The second command simply iterates through each mp4 file and assigns the filename to '$i'. You then call ffmpeg using $i as the input and output filename. For the output, you simply add the extension, in this case $i.flv. So, if your filename is 'video.mp4', it will output as 'video.mp4.flv'.
Despite this sustained research focus on the pedal ganglion of Tritonia, most studies have limited their attention to the visible surface layer of neurons (Fig. 1B), likely leaving the majority of the ganglion neurons, which lie deeper and out of sight, largely unstudied. Given the richness of this ganglion for neurophysiological studies, it seemed timely to develop an atlas of its full neuronal complement. A second reason was prompted by our ability to use optical recording with fast voltage-sensitive dyes to record the action potentials of up to ~150 pedal ganglion neurons simultaneously (Frost et al. 2015; Frost and Wu 2015; Hill et al. 2012a, 2012b, 2015). Because shifting the narrow focal plane of the imaging lens enables recording of neurons at different depths, such work would benefit from an understanding of how the neurons in the pedal ganglion are physically organized in the layers below the surface. For example, how many layers are there? How many total neurons does the ganglion contain, and what is their size distribution? Are there distinct neurons or neuron clusters that might merit attention in future neurophysiological studies?
When checked, the exported images are packed into a texture atlas. This is convenient but running the texture packer separately provides more control over the packing. See texture packing for more information. 781b155fdc
